Online payments are accepted via paypal. Repeat customers may contact me to pay via money order. Local repeat customers (Lancaster, PA, U.S.A. area) may pay via check if you contact me first.

Items are shipped via First Class USPS or First Class International. Shipping is a flat rate. No matter how many items you purchase, your shipping is just $3 within the United States, $4 to Canada and $5 elsewhere.
Items are placed in a (handmade) gift box and shipped in a bubble envelope.

I don't use registered mail or any kind of tracking normally because it costs so much internationally. If you would like it, you may purchase it - just contact me first. The only issues I have had with International shipping has been the occasional extremely slow shipping. (This almost always happens when I'm shipping to Italy.)
The Buyer is responsible for knowing what items can be legally purchased and imported into their own country. The Buyer is responsible for any additional fees necessary to receive their shipment that may be imposed by customs or their country's postal service. (I just don't know each and every country.) Do you live in Turkey: please see [Turkey] below. Other countries may have similar charges. (Note: I know that it is fine for me to ship to the following countries outside the U.S. without problem: Canada, UK, Germany, Italy (although it's really slow!), France, Australia and Ireland. Other countries may be fine, too!)

I cannot ship jewelry to Turkey without charging around $25 for registered mail and express shipment. If you are still interested and are in Turkey, let me know before ordering.
(There may be other countries that are similar, I don't know them all currently, if in doubt, ask me prior to purchase if you have any questions.) If I find out the shipping will be a lot more than you paid, I reserve the right to ask to cancel your order (or you have the option of paying more for the shipping.)

In most cases your item will ship within 2 days of your purchase. I don't always ship on weekends or holidays, so if you make a purchase on Friday, it might not be shipped until Monday. (Contact me if there is a rush, I most likely will be able to do it, depending upon post office holidays.)
I will send you a confirmation number via email when I ship for all U.S. Shipments (most cases it comes directly from paypal.) Outside of the U.S., I will send you a confirming email. Again, if you don't get that email, please feel free to contact me for it. Sometimes emails don't go through or end up in SPAM folders and sometimes I forget.

I will refund 100% no questions asked of any item in my shop. I just ask that you send back the item. Once I receive it, I'll refund your entire purchase price.

I am happy to add a note and ship directly to a gift recipient upon your request. I do ship all jewelry in a cute little gift box. If you have purchased more than one item, I usually place as many items as possible into one box. Let me know if you need more than one box for gifts for multiple purchases.
